Complete these steps to connect your Beds24 account and start automating guest communications.

Step 1: Connect Beds24 Account

How to get your API key:

  1. Log into your Beds24 account
  2. Go to Account → Account Access
  3. Create a new API key with these settings:
  • Allow any IP
  • Allow writes
  • Owned or linked to your account

Step 2: Your Properties

Connect your Beds24 account first to see your properties

Step 3: Sync Property Data

What happens during sync:

  • Hostmate fetches recent messages and booking data from Beds24
  • AI analyzes your property to create a detailed fact sheet
  • This may take 5-10 minutes per property
  • You'll see a green checkmark when complete

Sync all properties at once

This pulls messages, bookings, and generates your property fact sheets

Step 4: Configure Booking Webhooks & Enable AI

Step 4a: Configure Booking Webhooks

  1. Click "Webhook setup" button for each property below
  2. Copy the webhook URL from the modal
  3. Go to the Beds24 Property Association page linked by each property below
  4. Paste the webhook URL into the Booking Webhook field and save

Enable AI

Once webhooks are configured, toggle AI on for each property below to start automating guest responses.

Step 5: See AI in Action

Head over to the Inbox

Once AI is enabled, go to the Inbox to see automated responses in action and manage your guest communications.
